Scott McCann has been litigating medical malpractice, auto insurance and premises liability cases for nearly his entire career.

He has worked on both sides, for injured parties as well as for insurance companies.

After seeing the way that insurance companies operate and their philosophy on injury claims, he decided to focus his career on helping those who have been injured get their rightful compensation. 

Scott previously worked for a prominent Queens law firm, handling all aspects of medical malpractice cases, and helped obtain millions of dollars in compensation for clients who suffered from injuries due to medical malpractice, including failure to diagnose cancer, wrongful death, surgical mistakes, hospital malpractice, spinal injuries, gynecological, nursing home and plastic surgery.
